• GPS location — used for real-time delivery tracking (only when actively delivering, with your consent)
• Pincode/area information — to show relevant products and services near you

• Device type, operating system, and app version
• Push notification tokens (for order updates and alerts)

• Pages viewed, features used, and interaction patterns
• Order history and transaction records

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Authenticate you via OTP verification
• Process orders, payments, and deliveries
• Enable real-time delivery tracking between buyers, sellers, and transporters

3. Information Sharing

We share your information only in the following circumstances:

• Between platform users — Buyer name/phone is shared with the assigned seller and transporter for order fulfillment. Seller business details are visible to buyers browsing products.
• Payment processors — Transaction details are shared with payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay) to process payments securely.
• SMS providers — Your phone number is shared with SMS service providers for OTP delivery.
• Legal requirements — When required by law, legal process, or to protect our rights.

4. Data Storage and Security

• Your data is stored on secure servers hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in India.
• We use encryption for data in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and secure authentication (JWT tokens).
• Passwords are not stored — authentication is OTP-based.
• Access to user data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

5. Data Retention

• Account data is retained as long as your account is active.
• Transaction records are retained for legal and accounting purposes as required by Indian law.
• You may request account deletion at any time through the app settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data stored with us
• Correct inaccurate information in your profile
• Delete your account and associated data
• Withdraw consent for location tracking at any time

The iBuild app requests the following device permissions:

8. Children's Privacy

iBuild is a B2B platform intended for business users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we discover such data has been collected, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted within the app and on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
